Ingo Weiss

Ingo Weiss is the co-founder of Weiss & Cie. GmbH. His main areas of experience are real estate management, real estate investment, sustainability and project management. For more than 15 years Ingo Weiss has been consulting national and international investors and corporate clients, such as Babcock & Brown, Blackstone Group, Beisheim Holding, Deka Immobilien, Fortress, GIC Real Estate, GoldmanSachs, JP Morgan, RFR and Union Investment.

The last 15 years Ingo had held different executive positions in the real estate and construction industry. At Jones Lang LaSalle he served as Head of Property & Asset Management, Managing Director of Tetris Design & Build, EMEA Business Development Director or Head of Real Estate Advisory Services in Germany. In the course of that he was a member of the Global Project & Development (PDS) Board as well as the EMEA PDS Board and EMEA Energy & Sustainability Board. As Managing Director at CBRE he was responsible for the Investor Clients in Germany.

Ingo Weiss is a Real Estate economist (European Business School ebs) and has a Civil Engineering degree (Construction) from the Technical University of Berlin as well as MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. At Northwestern University he is member of Northwestern Network Mentorship Program. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and was member of the immobilienmanager award jury for many years. Since 2015 he serves in different supervisory boards in the real estate industry. Since 2009 he is a member of the board at the International Club Berlin e.V. and since 2015 chapter chairman at the Familienunternehmer/ASU Braunschweig, the biggest family business association in Germany.
